Operating Instructions

The neo-Multi ‘RF’ is a multi-use, non-reversible electronic temperature indicator.

It can be reset up to 90 times with Holtronic’s patented Reset Jig

It provides a cost-effective solution for monitoring temperature breaches

How to use

To activate, press and hold the button for 2 seconds until the green ‘Power on’ LED flashes 3 times.

Once the indicator has been activated the ‘Power’ LED will flash every 8 seconds.

After a 30 minute start delay, the ‘Power’ LED will flash 3 times signifying the start of temperature monitoring.

After the start delay, when the temperature:

• • drops below 0°C for 10 minutes as a single event, the ‘A’ LED will flash
  • drops below 2°C for 30 minutes cumulative, the ‘B’ LED will flash
  • rises above 8°C for 5 minutes cumulative, the ‘C’ LED will flash
  • rises above 8°C for 30 minutes cumulative, the ‘D’ LED will flash
  • rises above 8°C for 60 minutes cumulative, the ‘E’ LED will flash

How to Reset

Insert the neo indicator into the reset unit.

Press and hold the reset unit on top of the indicator for 2 seconds until the ‘RESET’ LED flashes.

Reactivation is confirmed when the green ‘Power’ LED flashes every 8 seconds.

Temperature monitoring begins after a 30-minute start delay.

If no temperature breach occurs, the green ‘Power’  LED will continue to flash.

After 90 days or 90 uses, whichever comes first, a reset will cause the ‘REPLACE’ LED to flash.

Each device is fully tested and individually serialized, ensuring exceptional reliability and traceability for critical use.
