Operating Instructions

1. Insert the neo® indicator into the reset Jig.
2. Press and hold the Reset Jig on top of the indicator for 2 seconds until the RESET LED flashes 3 times.
3. After activation, the green OK LED flashes every 4 seconds.
4. Temperature monitoring begins after a 30-minute start-up delay.
5. If no temperature breach occurs, the green OK LED will continue flashing.
6. If the temperature exceeds 8°C for more than 4 cumulative hours, the red DO NOT SERVE LEDs will flash.
7. Reset the device before its next use.
8. After 90 days or 90 uses, whichever comes first, a reset will cause the REPLACE LED to flash.
