To activate, press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the green ‘USE #’ LED flashes 3 times.
Once the indicator has been activated the ‘USE #’ LED will flash every 4 seconds.
The device starts monitoring temperature after the 30-minute start delay.
If no temperature breach has occurred, the green ‘USE #’ LED will flash 1 to 5 depending on # in use.
If the temperature exceeds 8°C for more than 2 hours cumulative, the Amber ‘2h’ LED will flash.
If the temperature exceeds 8°C for more than 4 hours cumulative, the Red ‘4h’ LED will flash.
Reset the device for next use using a neo reset unit available from Holtronic.
After 120days the USE # LED will automatically increase to ‘#5’ to indicate end of active life.
Each device is fully tested and individually serialized, ensuring exceptional reliability and traceability for critical use.
